Artist FAQ

YouBeauty is a platform that does all the busywork, so you can focus on the beauty. Artists can set up their digital salon on the platform, show off their skills and display their menu. Customers will be able to browse by service type, location, and availability, interact and make bookings directly with artists, and post verified reviews.

From discussions with our artist experts, we know the pain of last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Our platform will include a transparent booking policy to discourage this.
We understand that both artists and customers want flexibility – to help you stay nimble and help meet the specific needs or requests of customers, artists can send custom bookings (with custom pricing, services and times – even after hours!) to customers directly through DMs.

YouBeauty was designed with the help of artists like you, and is free to join. With YouBeauty, artists will be able to put business on the map, show off their services and post photos and videos of their work, accept bookings and payments, track their earnings, and interact with the beauty community (artists and customers alike!) – all in one place.

You won’t pay any upfront costs to join YouBeauty, or to display your business on our platform. To help maintain and improve YouBeauty (and to ensure the platform is always meeting the evolving needs of its artists), we charge a small platform fee on bookings made through the platform. YouBeauty does not charge any processing or transaction fees to artists.

We are currently onboarding artists in anticipation for our launch later this year. Our aim is to soft-launch to exclusive users early 2025, with an Australia-wide launch to customers shortly after.

With help from professionals across the beauty industry (including close friends and family), my co-founder Dino and I have worked hard for the past two years to craft a space that puts you at the forefront.
